• New Members can become Established Members once they've earned 2500 or more Total/Historical Credits./Paid off Legacy credits.

This is related to a (at the date of writing) unwritten proposal: The legacy credits be paid off first before we start awarding Pro-bono credits. The logic is, if we divide income into 25% Legacy, 25% Pro Bono and 50% New (INcluding ALL new admin work), Members will get very little out of their paid translation work and it may de-motivate them. This idea involves a split of 70% New Credits, 20% Legacy and 5 % Maintenance Fund. once Legacy credits are settled for each member (remember that Legacy credits will be dynamic and once the "First batch" is paid off, new batches will be created for new members, see here for more details.

Still, not completely sure at this stage how to relate that to becoming an Established member. Depends on what the amount of "owed" legacy credits is. Maybe with, whatever total figure we create, some part can be paid by the first batch and the the remainder by future batches. In any case, this is meant more for eveantual use than for the people currently involved in CMC (while we're in the "Fuzzy" phase)
