It was agreed that even though we will carry out some basic calculus and 'do the maths' stuff, accounting will be dealt with externally by a proffessional accountant.

LARA
  • 80%
  • Roles: EN-ES Translation - Part of org. Team - Blog - Social networks - Probono+paid translations - Mutual support - Translation of handbook - Getting more involved in any task, generally.
  • Redlines: None so far.


MERCÈ
  • 50% in September, 25% in October, 25% in November and 50% in December
  • Roles: Illustration - Part of org. Team - Handbook - Social networks - Probono+paid proyects - Accounting help - Carework/team-building - Mutual support
  • Redlines: Accounting, translation and public relations


AM
  • 50-100% (almost)
  • Roles: ES-EN Translation - EN Editing - Handbook - Social media - Blog - Brand development - Mentoring (Workflow tools, strategic development, negotiation with clients, public speaking, funding, communication tools, business development, web and protocol on mutual support)
  • Redlines: Accounting and mentoring new translators (though willing to evaluate their tests)


STACCO
  • 50% until August 31st, 100% later on
  • Roles: Project & org. development - Funding (face2face, research) - Client relations - Public relations (spokesperson) - Handbook - Communication tools - Probono+paid translations - Web renewal - Mentoring (Social media, Wordpress formatting, etc.)
  • Redlines: Accounting and language testing


SUSA
  • 25% from July to September, 50% later on
  • Roles: ES Editing - EN Proofreading - Glossary - Testing - Publishing blog - Probono+paid proyects - Checking out handbook - Language testing mentoring
